The Repair we provide warranty for all customers 3+3 month warranty (90 days replacement for spare warranty+ 180 days service warranty) on every mobile repaired/replaced by us from the date of invoice.

We also provide 6 service warranty months warranty on all the other spare parts that mobile service Device

The 3 months + 3 month warranty covers :

Any manufacture issue and malfunctions, or does not work as intended or designed. Any display issues that may arise without any manual intervention and are related to the service specifically issues.

replacement in case of without any accidental damage, Liquid damage claimed within 3 month from the date of invoice.

If the replaced sp by us causes any above-mentioned issues, you can claim a replacement new parts with the continued warranty of 3 months!

Please note:

The warranty is valid only for the specific device repaired and the original customer. It is not transferable across devices or if the device handed over to another individual.

In case the of your device is only diagnose over to the technician, the warranty is applicable only for 3 months. To claim your warranty, you need to:

Warranty Terms & Conditions

1. The customer must receive the job sheet when the product has given for warranty and Non-Warranty repair and the contents of the job sheet must be verified by the customer.

2. The customer must be produce the original job sheet at the time of taking the delivery.

3. We reserve the right to refuse delivery upon Non-production of the original job sheet.

4. We shall not be obliged to undertake repair of products found liquid damage,physical damage or already attempt for repair by any other repairer.

5. We are Not responsible for any condition change of mobile During The device if there is pcb issue or Liquid damage and Physical damage condition of device

6. The estimate given at the time of acceptance of the product for repairs are provisional and may vary after detailed inspection.

7. The Estimate will be changed during service as per company policy

8. In the event of handset received with condition whether in physical damage,Liquid damage or repair already attempted by other repairer, we will not be liable for any damage even under testing and during service before repair or after repair.

9. All payments against repairs shall be made by cash or cards.And UPI payment Ex.G- PAY , All wallet payments we are accepted **Note credit card charges will be applicable as per company Norms.

10. We shall make all efforts to ensure that the product is repaired within 7(Seven)To 15 (Fifteen) days from the date of receipt of faulty product.At that time however,due to stock availability/shortage of critical spare parts or complicated repair turnaround time may take longer than the indicated time of delivery in the job sheet.We will not responsible for loss/losses whatever in the event of the delay in the repair for such aforementioned reasons.

11. The customer should take delivery of the product within 7 (Sevan) 15(fifteen)days of written intimation from the service center.

12. In the event of delivery has been taken by the customer within 30 days from the date of written intimation from us,we reserve the right to auction the product to recover the repair and auction charges from the customer.

13. We are not liable for any memory ,setting and data loss during the repair.

14. Once the new spare has been replaced ,old spare will not be given back to the customers.By accepting the job sheet,it is deemed that the customer agrees to all the terms and conditions of the agreement mentioned in the job sheet.

15. The service handset should be checked before collecting. we are not be responsible for any defective after collecting the handset.

16. All services are irreversible, payment once done are non refundable as per company policy.

17. condition of device after service might change i.e, handset will dead or not Power on that scenario company will not be responsible.

18. Any spare replaced under warranty will cover 90 days spare warranty ,180 days service warranty from the date of service.(3+3)=6Months warranty policy. Note( This warranty policy may vary according to the type of device condition such as liquid/pcb damage/outside service) Note* for any warranty claim customer copy bill is must ,so kindly keep your bill safe for further warranty claim as per warranty claim policy.

19. warranty provided by the company will become out of warranty when there's physical /liquid damage/ Outside service occurred after delivery of the device..And also using of multi/local charger after battery replacement then the device becomes our of warranty.

20. The above terms&conditions supersedes and terminates all prior representation,discussions,undertaking,and end user agreements,communications or advertising related to the products and services,written or oral until and unless otherwise agree in written by us.
